FAQs

Short answers to help you start with clarity.

Do I need any prior musical experience?
No. Our first modules assume zero experience and start with rhythm you can feel right away.
What kind of guitar should I use?
Any steel‑string acoustic in comfortable condition works. Lower action and light gauge strings help beginners.
How much should I practice?
Aim for 15–20 minutes, 5 days a week. Consistency beats long sessions. Our modules are designed for these windows.
Will I learn full songs?
Yes. We teach musical building blocks, then bring them together into beginner‑friendly songs with steady strumming.
Is there a refund policy?
If a module truly isn’t a fit, contact us within 14 days. We’ll help you switch modules or arrange a refund where eligible.
Do I need music theory?
No. We tie tiny bits of theory directly to sounds you can feel and apply on the spot.
What if my fingers hurt?
Mild soreness is normal early on. Use light pressure, short sessions, and consider lighter strings. Pain should not persist; rest if needed.
Can I learn if I have small hands?
Absolutely. We focus on ergonomic shapes, anchor fingers, and efficient movement that work for many hand sizes.
Do you offer live help?
We host periodic Q&A workshops listed in the Catalog. You can also message us via the Contact page anytime.
